I’m Saad Boukhrouf, a State Engineer in Computer Science, researcher and independent creator based in Morocco.
My professional history spans academia, information systems and government technology. I taught algorithms and C programming at Université Ibn Zohr, then optimization and probability at ENCG Oujda. From 2019 to 2024, I was Head of Information Systems at SupMTI Oujda.
Today, I am responsible for the IT Service at the Agence Urbaine d’Oujda. Alongside my professional work, I pursue PhD research on AI and urban planning, build independent applications, write and make music.
I publish music as artMoz, and my earlier creative history includes cofounding Barbapappa. I am the author of The Coin, Stochastic Electricity, with 10 chapters published in audio form on Spotify.
